# Ruud Items & Upgrade

On our OasisMu server, Ruud's gear becomes available only after reaching 4th Class Transfer, starting with the Awakening Soul set.\
\
**There are two ways to obtain sets and weapons:**\
1 - Master Golden Invasion (Swamp of Darkness)\
2 - Purchase from NPC James (Ruud Shop)

### Ruud Weapons & Upgrade

Let's start with weapons; upgrading them is simple just save up Ruudy and buy Anvils.\
\
You'll also need a weapon with **+11 and the +16 option** (<mark style="color:$warning;">Jewel of Life</mark>), and you'll need to bring all of this to the Goblin.

Weapons are classified as "<mark style="color:$success;">Excellent</mark>", so you can add scopes to them using the Jewel of Excess. (Which you're already familiar with from the beginning of the game).\
\ <mark style="color:$success;">**Exc. Options**</mark> are **transferred** during the **upgrade** process and will be preserved. \
The only opt that will be **deleted** is the <mark style="color:pink;">**Jewel of Harmony**</mark> opt.

### Ruud Armor Sets & Upgrade

Upgrading Ruud sets is a bit more complicated. It requires farming items in higher-level maps and then crafting Souls.\
\
Players collect **Soul Fragments** in the Maps (starting from Atlans Abyss), which they then exchange with the Goblin for the Souls needed to upgrade **Ruud Sets**.

Once they've collected **2,500 pieces**, they'll bring them to the **Goblin** and craft the **Soul** needed to upgrade the Ruud Armor set pieces.

You'll also need to first upgrade the relevant part of the set to **+11** and **+16** (<mark style="color:$warning;">Jewel of Life</mark>), and then take it all to the Goblin.

### Adding Excellent Opts to Ruud Sets

Ruud sets can be <mark style="color:$success;">Excellent</mark>, and they can also be enhanced using the <mark style="color:pink;">Jewel of Harmony</mark>.\
\
You can find all the items needed to upgrade Ruud sets to <mark style="color:$success;">Excellent</mark> quality starting from the **Atlans Abyss** map and throughout the entire **Endgame**.

You can find Special Jewels for upgrading Ruud sets at the NPC <mark style="color:$warning;">Oasis Exchange Shop</mark> (known as the "Moss Merchant") on the Elbeland map.\
\
Whenever you collect **5 Fragments**, they **automatically transform** into a Talisman in your inventory, which, along with <mark style="color:$warning;">Miracle Coins</mark>, is required to purchase Jewels for upgrading Ruud Sets.

These new jewels must be used in the order in which they are intended.

### How to Obtain Ruud

**Events:** Blood Castle, Devil Square, Chaos Castle, Imperial Guardian (Varka).\
**Hunting:** Monsters from Elite Invasions or Bosses.\
**Quests:** Monster Soul Quests Reward.\
**Trading:** Trade with other Players.

### Final End-Game Items

The final version of TOP the in-game equipment—might look something like this.
